As a lifelong resident of Montgomery County, Tom has been servicing clients in the Tri-State area as a certified public accountant since 1975. He is a proud graduate of Villanova University and an avid supporter of their basketball team. He has been the managing partner of Lawrence F. Tornetta, LLC for over twenty years. Tom has provided tax and accounting services for a wide variety of clients. He really appreciates the loyalty that he has received from his clients, and he emphasizes quality service in his client relations. Tom takes great pride in being a part of his clients’ successes, especially the start-up businesses he has nurtured.
Donald A. Smith

DONALD A. SMITH | CPA (PARTNER)
Donald graduated in May 1977 with a B.S. degree in business from Gettysburg College. He was born and raised in Montgomery County and graduated from Norristown High School, where he participated in various sports and music activities. In 1980, Donald joined Lawrence F. Tornetta, LLC. As a senior accountant. He passed the CPA exam in July, 1979, after working two years in public accounting. He was promoted to Partner in 1988 and has been with the firm for over 35 tears. His accounting experience within the firm includes automotive, banking, real estate and management companies. As a partner, he is involved with the firm’s peer review quality control policies and procedures. For over 35 years, Donald has provided accounting services, tax planning and preparation, and audit and review services for all his clients. As the partner in charge on the engagements, Donald will be involved in all fieldwork, and he will be available to respond to any tax or accounting questions throughout the year.

Anthony graduated in May, 1997 with a B.S. degree in accounting from the Pennsylvania State University. He was born and raised in Montgomery County where he participated in Upper Merion Township youth sports and graduated from Upper Merion High School. In 1997, Anthony joined the Lawrence F. Tornetta, LLC CPA firm as a junior accountant. He passed the CPA exam in November, 1998, and he was promoted to senior accountant after only one year. He has since been promoted to manager. His accounting experience within the firm includes automotive, banking, real estate and management companies. Since 1997, Anthony has provided accounting and review services for many automotive franchises. As the manager on the engagement, Anthony will be involved in all fieldwork, and he will be available to respond to any tax or accounting questions throughout the year.

Jason graduated in May, 2000 with a B.S. degree in accounting from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania. He was born in Germany and raised in Mechanicsburg where he graduated from Cumberland Valley high school. In 2000 he moved to Montgomery county and joined Lawrence F. Tornetta, LLC CPA firm as a junior accountant. He was promoted to senior accountant after 1 year and passed the CPA examine in September 2003. He has since been promoted to manager. In addition to individual taxes, his accounting experience with the firm includes automotive, employee benefit plans, small business, and management companies. Since 2000, Jason has provided accounting, review, and tax services for many automotive franchises. As the manager on the engagement, Jason will be involved in all fieldwork, and he will be available to respond to any tax and accounting questions throughout the year. Jason is also a current member of both the AICPA and PICPA organizations.

Diane earned her B.S. degree in accounting from Temple University in 1988. She is a lifelong resident of Montgomery County and currently resides in Lower Providence, PA, with her family. She is active in various school and youth related organizations. Diane joined our firm in 1989. She is a senior accountant with our firm. Her responsibilities include conducting audits, reviews and compilations, preparation of business and individual tax returns and working with clients to maintain accurate accounting records.
Jeremy M. Zimmerman

JEREMY M. ZIMMERMAN - CPA (SENIOR ACCOUNTANT)
Jeremy has been a member of the accounting staff of Lawrence F. Tornetta, LLC. Since 2007 upon his graduation from Millersville University with a B.S. in Accounting and Finance. He was born and raised in Lebanon County, PA, and he currently resides in the Manayunk section of Philadelphia. He passed the CPA exam in 2015 and is a senior accountant for the firm. Jeremy’s accounting experience includes automotive, real estate, labor unions and not-for-profit entities. Jeremy also has served in the U.S. Army Reserve since 2002, including two separate overseas deployments. He currently holds the rank of Sergeant First Class.

Sean graduated in May 2011 with a Bachelors in Business Administration degree from Temple University, majoring in accounting. He was born and raised in Collegeville, PA where he participated in Perkiomen Valley youth sports and was a member of St. Eleanor Parish. He attended Archbishop Carroll High School and graduated in 2007. He currently resides in the borough of Conshohocken. In 2012, Sean joined Lawrence F. Tornetta, LLC CPA firm as a junior accountant, and was promoted to senior accountant after two years. His accounting experience within the firm consists of automotive, employee benefit plans, payroll and income tax for individuals and small businesses. As a senior accountant, Sean works with managers and other staff to provide accounting and review services to our clients and is involved in fieldwork when necessary.
